Yes, but please be aware only urgent repairs that cannot wait until normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm) will be considered, with priority given to people who are immobilised due to the breakdown and have limited or no support people available to ensure that they are safe and basic needs are met.
Calling our normal contact numbers outside business hours will give you the option of being connected to our after-hours service. A call centre operator will take your enquiry information, process if urgent, and forward to our after-hours technician, who will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the repair.
To aid the process, where possible please have available the following details:
- The equipment type (power wheelchair/manual wheelchair, etc.)
- The equipment fault
