aSAP Go-Live – 13 MAY 2019 (Revised)

For the last 18 months Accessable has been working on a new service application platform (aSAP). This is a new and innovative way of working that simplifies the application request process and ensures collaboration, transparency and efficiency, ensuring the best outcomes for our customers.

We are pleased to advise the go-live date for aSAP has been confirmed as Monday 13 May 2019. Although this is slightly later than we had originally anticipated, and mentioned at recent roadshows, we are taking the extra couple of weeks for additional rigorous testing to ensure there will be a smooth transition from our current system to aSAP.

All accredited assessors will be invited to register to use aSAP. If we don’t have your correct details, this will delay the process

Note: If you are employed as an assessor by more than one organisation you will need to complete this form for each organisation, as we separate out your information based on your role for privacy reasons.
