accessable is very pleased and excited to have been selected as the preferred Northern region ACC housing modification service supplier (ACC HMODS) for Auckland and Northland commencing 1 October 2016. To access the Online eForm authorised users will need to log in to the catalogue system and select the ACC HMODS Tab which will take you to the eForm to make application for housing modifications. Note: It is important that you have an understanding of both the ACC Operational Guidelines and the HMODS User Guide. We have tried to make this process as easy as possible and when making the application make sure that you have prepared any attachments that are required depending on the style of Housing modification being requested.


The new national MRES contract is a significant step for accessable and our partnership with ACC will be enhanced through the business relationships that we have with many stakeholders. This business evolution will not only be challenging but also an important step in our ongoing contribution to clients. Working with ACC procurement, a project team has been established to ensure that the many aspects of implementation will be achieved in a short period of time. Our R5 service standards will ultimately drive our determination to provide clients nationally with the best service outcomes available.
